Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Kevin Willis a month ago

I had a number of services performed on my vehicle. Tire rotation, oil change , transmission flushed, Also 4-Cylinder tune-up package which includes a 2-prt fuel system cleaning and all the other little minor things that they preform on the vehicle. I also appreciate the fact that they took the amount of time that was needed in order to perform all the services that were done. Besides, they tell you at the very beginning Which helps me to appreciate their level of professionalism Price was very reasonable. I am greatly satisfied with their work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a great experience yesterday! Carlos was so helpful with recommendations for maintaining my car, and ORVILLE was amazing with the service, along with a great smile ! They make such a great team! 🥹❤️ I recently switched from the 79th St. location, and I’m SO glad I did. I finally found my new Jiffy Lube home! 🚗✨ I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and the staff made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. The team helped me with my Groupon and pricing, explained everything clearly, and did not pressure me with unnecessary upsells or extra services. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and respectful. The service was efficient, the staff made me feel welcome, and I left extremely satisfied. My car is running smooth and I really appreciate the way they took care of me. I would definitely come back to this location again and recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.

I had a great experience getting my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and everything was clearly explained to me without any pressure or upselling. As a woman, car maintenance can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but I genuinely felt at ease the entire time. The staff was respectful, patient, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. I really appreciated the transparency and overall positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

I had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician (Phil) went well above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just performing the service and sending me on my way, he took the time to carefully explain each service my vehicle needed and why it was important. He walked me through things like the oil change itself, fluid checks, and other recommended maintenance, making sure I actually understood how each service helps keep my engine running smoothly and prevents bigger problems down the road. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary—he genuinely wanted to help me take better care of my vehicle. Customer service like that is rare these days. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape and that I learned something valuable about maintaining it properly. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube if you want fast service and technicians who truly care about helping customers understand their vehicles. Thank you 🙏 Phil … really appreciate the service
